If you wish to cancel your order or change the place or  date for the delivery, please send us a clear request within the 24 hours after the order was placed date.

Returns:
We accept returns as long as the product has not been opened and used. If you used paint on the bearbrick, than the order can’t be refunded. Please contact our support so we can discuss the procedure together. After contacting us you will receive an adress and a shipping label where you can return your order.
